COVID 19 PROCEDURES

 

We will be operating 15 minute appointment slots to drop off and pick up at the outdoor Reception area only during our normal opening hours. Please ring to arrange an appointment slot.

Only one person to attend and that person must not be displaying any symptoms. We understand that some people may have childcare issues, but if they have to come with you, they must stay in the car at all times.

Where possible please email us your vaccination certificate or alternatively hold open so we can inspect from a 2m distance, we will not be taking copies for the time being.

No one will be allowed into either the Cattery or Kennels in order to keep those areas sanitized and limit social contact.

Only one bag containing any foods and medication. Please leave these on the bench provided.

 ----------

Soft bedding is allowed, please leave these on the bench provided.  Please do not bring hard plastic beds, we already have these in various sizes.

Leads will be wiped once handed over. Gloves and Masks will be used at all times. Please attach your dog lead to the Dog Lead Station and stand back.

Cat Carriers will be placed down on the bench provided and you must step away in order that we can wipe handles and maintain 2m distancing.

Payment currently being taken is either by cash in an envelope (right amount) which will be quarantined for 48 hours or alternatively BACS - Please contact us by email for BACS details.


The above procedures are currently a work in progress and additions/alterations may be made once these are put into practice.
